Jennifer Britton An award-winning coach and program designer, Jennifer is the author of five books, including Effective Virtual Conversations, and PlanDoTrack, geared for supporting professionals to navigate the remote and virtual space in today's digital economy. Remote Pathways is the title of her latest writing geared for remote and virtual professionals.
Jennifer is a former virtual team leader and program manager herself, and spent most of the 1990s and early 2000s leading sub-regional teams, and teams which worked across the remote space in South America. She is a former Program Director and Manager for the UN, and other Canadian and British humanitarian organizations. In 2004, Jennifer established Potentials Realized, a Canadian based performance improvement company specializing in coaching, teamwork, leadership and business success. Her work has been awarded the Prism Award for Excellence in Coaching - Healthcare (2016, ICF Toronto), an Award of Excellence - Curriculum Design (2017, i4pL), as well as an innovation award for mentor skills training in financial services (2009). Jennifer is passionate about creating an engaging conversation space for leaders, coaches and team members. She offers a range of ICF- CCE approved programming - Group Coaching Essentials, Virtual Facilitation Essentials and the Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum. Her PlanDoTrack Facilitation Training is also approved for CCEs. A thought leader in the area of group and team coaching, and virtual conversations, Jennifer can be found most days on zoom moving between work with organizations and their learning teams who are virtualizing events, to conversations with remote leaders and their teams, to individual business owners taking their businesses to the next level. As a coach trainer she has supported thousands of coaches in developing and refining their group and team coaching skills. Her first two books, Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013) are used by coach training schools globally, ranging from MBA programs in South Africa, to UBC's Certificate in Organizational Coaching.
